Vlge Inc. is committed to making vlgehoa.com usable by the widest possible range of people, including people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we design and maintain this website, not a one-time project.
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A and Level AA. WCAG is the international standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
This statement covers the public marketing website at vlgehoa.com. The signed-in Vlge application at vlge.io is a separate product. If you run into a barrier there, you can use the same email below and we will route it to the right team.
We review new and updated pages against WCAG 2.1 and fix barriers as we find them. Recent work on this website includes:
We continue this work as we add pages and features. We also test with the keyboard and with automated checks, and we treat reports from visitors as part of that review.
We have not completed a formal third-party audit of every page, and we do not claim that every page currently meets every WCAG 2.1 Level AA criterion. Some older campaign pages, documents, and third-party tools embedded on the site, including chat, analytics, and scheduling, are outside our full control and may not yet meet the same standard.
When we learn about a barrier, we investigate it, prioritize a fix, and update this page when our approach changes.
If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information in a different format, email us at [email protected]. That address is the dedicated channel for accessibility reports.

We read these messages and aim to reply within two business days. If we need more time to fix the issue, we will tell you what we can do in the meantime, including providing the information another way.
This website is intended to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with common assistive technologies, including keyboard navigation, VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. Pages are written in HTML and styled so that content can reflow on smaller screens.
Support covers general product help. This accessibility page is the place to report an access barrier.
